Good morning.

I've been reading here quite often, and trying to get a handle on the whole lucid dreaming thing. I've read where people listen to tones, and do reality checks. That's fine I guess, if it works for you. I've only been successful at doing a reality check once in a lucid dream, but I think that if I'm aware enough to check....then I'm aware enough to tell anyway.

My question is though....do you think this "sleep paralysis" always happens during lucid dreams? The reason I ask is that just this morning while I was dreaming...someone threw me a ball or something. In real world...my arm reached for it, and I knocked over my pad, paper, and my glass of water, which woke me from the dream. From what I've read you're not supposed to be able to move during dreams. Strange. Good thing I wasn't doing anything like pole vaulting.
