Thread: Sleep Paralysis? Not always....

I too experienced this with my first (and so far probably only) lucid. Or something similar. I was sitting at a table in my school cafeteria. I was able to VILD directly from a waking state WITHOUT SP (though I did fell kind of heavy). In the dream I was sitting at my dining room table at home, in the same position my real body was in. If I moved my real toes I moved my dream toes as well. It was really odd...noone else I asked had ever done anything like it.
