Aquatic wolves on a beach

After talking to some freinds and reading some info on this site i now realise what i experienced last night (and have unwittingly experienced countless times before!) was a lucid dream Initially i came here looking for an answer or interpretation (which would still be appreciated!) but now i simply wish to share my experience I dreampt i was being chased by aquatic wolves, which came out of the ocean and got closer with each howl. I only realised i was lucid dreaming when a wolf jumped on my back and i beat it off with 2 small twigs.. I also had weird scabs all over my hands Upon realising i was dreaming i woke myself up unfortunately. I will be logging this in my first ever dream journal and will try to induce lucidity again soon

The weird scab on your hands may be the deformity that people use to reality check. Like look at your hands and see if you can see something unusual. Or maybe you got those from the wolves.

I actually do have 2 small scabs on my hand, nothin major i think my trigger for realising im dreaming might be when things defy nature or react unexpectedly to stimulus (like beating off a rabid wolf with a twig) i should add i am a biology major ..yet a pack of wolves emerging from the sea didnt phase me it was remniscent of the start of 'The call of the wild' by Jack London. Not a 'bad' dream just really weird
