Yes, Its one of the main reasons to Lucid Dream. Dreamers manifest real life people in their dreams all the time. I've done it once. And its a high possibility that they can just pop up in LDs by themselves. But to answer your question, yes, you can meet "him" in a lucid dream if you wanted to.
