      Questions on Lucid Dreaming

Hello, I am still fairly new to the world of lucid dreaming and last night I had an experience which brought up some questions that I need help in answering. Firstly my cousin was sleeping over and he snores so loud I had to go and sleep in the lounge, lol. Thats when things went a little strange, I became lucid in my dream when I notcied that outside my bedroom window there was my computer in my neighbours driveway. However I almost immediatley had a false awakening, in which I was conveying whith someone about my lucid dream...without going lucid. Later in the night I woke up, in Sleep Paralysis needless to say however I only realised this after noticing the HI and the sound of a helicopter starting in my ear incredibly fast, anyway I got out of SP, and went to sleep again. Later on I had a dream where I was again conveying with someone about my LD and the SP I experienced, very strange. Any way my questions are as follows:
      1. When you go into SP what sounds do you hear, if yours are similar to mine what happens?
2.When trying to WILD I find some of my muscles spasm this can be very distracting and has stopped possible WILD's does anyone else experience this?
      3. When you sleep somewhere other than your bed do you have strange dreams?
      4. Finally I am a little afraid that trying to induce Sleep Paralysis will maybe induce old hag
      Any help is appreciated
      Cheers

      1. I actually don't experience any noises when I'm in SP. Having said that, I've never awoken in SP. I've only ever had a milder SP that you get when you try to WILD.
      2. Yeah I have had the muscle spasms before. I'm pretty sure it's a way for your body to test if you're awake. It'll start doing weird things like that and like making you itchy everywhere.
      3. Nope. I usually won't remember any.
      4. Wat? . . . Just looked up old hag and found that it's a term used where night mare once was. Frankly, that'd be terrible. Most cases of SP I read about normally are. If you're able to awake in SP and not utterly horrified by what you see, then that's definitely a good thing. As for whether a WILD is more likely to induce 'Old Hag Sydnrome' or the old fashioned night mare, I don't think the chances would be any greater than they would be if you were to awake in SP.

1.everyone hears different sounds, you can't ask a question like that.
2.everyone has them, if you really want to WILD the you will get around them.
      3.sometimes.
4.maybe... it depends how violent HH is and how new the dreamer is to WILDing.
when i have a lucid dream the first thing I will do isorder a pizza.

      PIZZA
      pizza is sacred.
