Naturally Occurring Dream Inside a Dream

Basically I've been having very odd dreams inside dreams lately, usually when I wake up from the first level of the dream I fall asleep again with my subconscious voice helping me (I keep hearing my own voice hypnotizing me.)

The dreams are very, very, very lucid and realistic. Today I woke up at 7:45AM and were just lying in bed for around 10 minutes and then I fell asleep and had a dream inside a dream, the dream was about 1-2 hours long but when I woke up it was 8:04AM

I am just wondering if this is normal or if anyone else is experiences this.

Wow, I have never experienced this, that is very cool. Can you explain more of what happened and exactly how it was a dream in a dream.

It seems like that, but scientifically, it's only a dream that leads to another dream.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I've already had quite a lot of dreams which lead to another dream (basically a sudden change in the environment when you "fall asleep") but this is the first time I actually experience the "drifting away" feeling and all the natural sleeping/LDing feelings.

I've experienced that before. I've even WILDed in a dream, not lucid, and then became lucid in the dream it led to!

Yeah, once I thought I was really WILDing until I opened by eyes and I was in a field.

I'm going to take the brake from doing LDs inside LDs. Yesterday I woke with my nose full of dry blood which obviously was a bit of shock to me but I think it must have something to do with me having too complicated dreams, sometimes when I over-complicate my dream scene my head starts hurting. If anyone is going to try this be safe.

I'm sure it wasn't from your dreams. A nosebleed, in that case, would indicate trauma or maybe the humidity in your room was simply too low.

yes, it sounds highly unlikely it was from a dream.
