I have had this happen a few times and I remember a discussion about it on here. I think the best thing we came up with is, it is just an unstable LD. What time was your nap after waking up from regular sleep? Perhaps you wasn't in a deep REM? |

I haven't been on this site in about a year. I stopped purposely trying to LD because it seemed to be getting in the way of my normal life, I had a hard time getting through the day because all I wanted to do was get back to sleep and dream. Even though I wasn't trying, I was still getting an LD about once or twice a month. |

My opinion is that you are not giving the dream enough time to develop and stabilize. So next time, dont try to move around, just sit down and relax, wait for the dream to stabilize and then go around moving and flying. |
