dild to wild?

i went for a nap this afternoon, i did some mantras for recall because i didnt remember my dreams this morning, but i usually remember at least one. I slept for maybe 20min and then tried to recall dreams but i couldnt and after that i went back to sleep.

next thing i remember was that i was looking two pictures on my mobile phone, me and my two friends were on them, and i realised that i dont have these pictures on my phone and that they was taken in a dream, after that i woke up and i had SP, i could feel my arms above my head but i couldnt move them, after that my arms felt like moving and i saw light in front of my eyes and i thought these are hypnagogic halucinations, but they faded away and i woke up.

is this possible?

Well, if you didn't move you did a DEILD (Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream), which is like an easier version of WILD as you're already in "Sleep mode". Ofcourse it is possible
