They don't always feel as real as waking life. I've had atleast one which did feel that real, and I had zero control in it. Same with recall, sometimes you don't recall as much, but sometimes you recall everything. It's a bit random without any drugs. From my experience, they're just like normal dreams. Only that you get way more excited and want to remember and write it down as soon as you wake up. If you exit the dream lucid that is. |

Well as far as the "realness" of it goes, my dreams are as real as real life. The only places where I can see fault is a bit of "smudges" in the graphics. But it is my opinion that the longer you stay in a dream, the more stable it will become and the more "real" it will become. So I recommend you ask someone who has stayed in a dream for an hour or longer. |
