New to Lucid Dreams and had 3 in the past week

Hello I'm new to these kind of Dreams where you know your dreaming. I just started working night shift (10pm to 6am) and I sleep from 9 am to 2-4pm but that's not then I get the dreams its when I take a nap at 6 to 8 when I get theses dreams. The first time it happened I had the tv on and woke up at 6:50 and was in a semi-awake state and wanted to sleep some more. I close my eyes and went in the intense feeling of falling through a vortex or tunnel (Muscles turning off for sleep) and woke up in a kids room. I was shocked and amazed that I did this and how real everything looked. I was in the bed and saw the door opened, I was scared that someone would come in so I thought I'd use telekinesis to shut it and with a wave of my hand I closed it. I felt so awesome so I tried to open the door again but it had a lock on it that was futuristic and I could hear the door trying to open like the grain in the wood I was trying to pull was gonna get ripped out. I couldn't open it so I thought how much could I use this telekinesis. I used a punching action towards the wall and the wall was getting hit with noise! I kept punching to see if I could make a hole or something. I got up to see if I did any damage to it but as soon as I stood up I heard my tv and woke up again, within seconds I went down the intense falling/tunnel thing and woke up again in another bed but as me, not a kid. This room was dark I couldn't see anything but a guy talking on a phone by a window. Every time I tired to talk to him he'd "shh" me and as I stood up again I woke up.

I've only had this intense tunnel feeling with my muscles once during this time. The other two times I'd 'Wake' up in a dream I didn't get this feeling but used the same method of getting to the dreams. Taking a nap with a tv on and wake up and go to sleep again in the thought of dreaming. Its something about being semi-awake and still sleepy that does this. When I wake up in these dreams I'm so surprised how real they seem and the longer I 'stay' in them I forget I'm dreaming. It seems when there are people in theses dreams, they make it seem like its real life. The only time I remembered I was dreaming was when I was talking to a friend about controlling these dreams and you can use pictures to go to the past. He handed me a picture with him and me in it and I tried to 'go to the past' but when I opened my eyes the picture was blank and I knew it was a dream and woke up.(end of 2nd dream)

The other two dreams I had where a lot longer and would take longer to explain what happened. I just wanted to know if anyone has done this and has felt the tunnel feeling. This feeling is the same as a falling dream and you wake up (used to get them all the time as a kid and learned it was the muscles waking up from sleep). I don't wanna say it hurts but you get scared because every muscle feels so intense like your going light speed. Instead of falling out a dream, your falling in a dream.
