i've seen lots of posts about it, i've read about it, but i haven't seen one specific i need to know: when you lay out targets to meet and state test (like deciding in the morning to state test the first time you see a bird that day) when they happen what is the best way to remember them? i have had great success hitting them all by repeating them in my head all day until each one happens. i have not had success with MILD while doing this. is this the proper way, does reminding yourself all the time count as prospective memory training? or should i just read the targets once and then go about my day and see if i remember them? also what are the differences in practice and results between making a list of ten targets and using only that list and making a new list between one and four for each new day? |
