So, i never had any LD dreams, also i still have problems remember dreams at the night, i was trying to wake up 5 hours after i went to sleep tonight, but i dident wake up , but i need help with my goals, i am thinking like this:

      1.Make a dream journal
2.Find a method to get into a LD

But give me some tips and some goals, sorry for bad english, i am from norway, and just 14 years old.

haha, ok I'm here. Since you're pretty new, ( as am I) I'd recommend trying the WBTB method, which is relatively easy and simple to do. You can find a tutorial for that in the tutorial section of dreamviews. A dream journal is probably the most important step if you want to get into lucid dreaming. After all, what's the point of having a lucid dream if you can't remember it, right? And your english is better than 50% of Americans, and I am American so I know

      Hi!
I think you should learn about Reality Checks. They are very helpful when you don't know if you are dreaming or not.

A dream journal is the most important thing, following that you should learn about reality checks and do them constantly. I had success with lucid dreams very quickly by performing reality checks throughout the day

If you barely remember your dreams, then you should start with dream recall first. That's what the dream journal is for.
