Tonight I am also going to try ( you may have seen my dark chocolate post) if vibrations can help with lucid dreams. I have a vibrating watch that I am going to wear to bed at night and set it for the morning, so when I feel it in the dream, I will realize I am dreaming and become lucid. This seems like it's going to work. The only problem might be if the alarm keeps going and the vibration wakes me up, but other than that, I think I'll be okay.
