There has been a lot of talk of whether or not you can do certain things to help increase your dreams, dream recall, and lucidity.
I am going to try this method.
10:00pm: Eating
10:35pm: Taking the vitamins [listed below]
11:00pm: Going to bed WILDing right off the bat
06:00am: Waking up and doing WBTB WILD
No one vitamin is able to work without the help of others... So in theory, if you are not deficient of any, and give surplus to what sleep and dreams use, if should cause a more intense experience.
Example:
Serotonin effects ones mood, outlook, outgoingness, talkative, etc...
So when that person takes Extacy, it alters their Serotonin and Melatonin levels, thus making them be the most talkative, friendly person ever.
The routine I chose I based on a few facts. First many vitamins aid in ones Metabolism, and when you eat, you get energy, so that combined with the other vitamins should aid in maintain a level of alertness, while also helping the pills settle.
I have had quite a bit of success doing a WILD when I first go to sleep. So, I do one as I first go to sleep, and whenever I wake later in the night.
We will see how it goes...
