      Exclamation Help with REM Cycle

      Ok so I have a tendency to wake up EVERY NIGHT! IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! EXACTLY AT 3:14 A.M (after a dream)....what does this mean and is this the beginning of my REM cycle? Should I remain still and try the FILD method to get SP and the an LD? Please help, explain..

      Every night? It could just be something around you that wakes you up. Such as a neighbor getting back from their night shift, or sprinklers going off. I would capitalize on this and either DEILD, WILD, MILD, or a WILD variant like FILD.

      Do you go to bed at the same time? Sleep cycles tend to be every 90 minutes.
      I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
