      Anyone heard of Project Sanctuary?

Well, maybe the term "autogenic experience" is more familiar. They're one and the same, in this case.

Anyways, here's a link to it: Project Sanctuary Welcomes You | Project Sanctuary

I know the site looks very err... rainbow colored, but if you can get past that it's an interesting idea. Basically, the goal is to develop visualization and imagination to the point that you can enter into an autogenic experience while wide awake. Certainly she uses this for all sorts of esoteric things, but lucid dreamers can definitely get some fun out of it. ...at least, that's the idea. But I'm so terrible at visualizing/imagining that I'm not sure I'll ever pull it off... so I thought I'd ask you guys if you have any experience with this kinda stuff. I bet it might work better for advanced VILDers.

(The book is kinda expensive, so PM me and I can help you track it down. I spent enough money on it that I won't feel too bad. )

(I really wasn't sure where to put this thread. Mods feel free to move it if you find a better place for it.)

I'd rather go to sleep and lucid dream then going into one during awake, you might just forget which is reality and autogenic experience. Sounds like getting high without the drug, but whatever floats your boat, just stating my opinion.

It's a lot easier to visualize/imagining in a dream too.

Ah, here's the specific page I was looking for. Lucid Dreams & Lucid Dreaming Made Easy With PS | Project Sanctuary Welcomes You | Project Sanctuary

Granted, she does preach a bit here, and I don't agree with everything she says... but here and there I see a bit of wisdom. I figure it doesn't hurt to try practicing both methods, anyways.

As far as comparing it to getting high... she agrees. Getting High ... And HIGHER | Project Sanctuary Welcomes You | Project Sanctuary

This really interests me, but the way she describes things on the website kinda confuses me. Can you summarise things a little for me please? I now know about the game, the energy mind, "friends" but it still confuses me. It it similar to a lucid dream or is it more of a meditive state? Do you sleep or stay awake? What occurs in "The Game"?

I'm going to look into this... It sounds awesome and I'm a little skeptical but then again, I was the same about lucid dreaming. Thanks.
