Thread: Son of a....There it goes again (help)

Hello guys! i just got my 5th lucid, and it was the best one ever!
It was 5x longer and better (no puns intended). Lasted 1 minute (felt longer).
It coulda been longer but....er hem il tell you in a minute.

So yea.
Dream & how i got it: A Nightmare dream, dark vader with a plastic lightsaber is the murderer, I was hiding house with some people trying to avoid him, but then I realized “Why am I running.... this is a dream, I can change it”. So I wanted to go different place, and it gave me a setting with mixed map, I wanted to go to an island but didn’t work (poor imagination maybe) so I screamed it out loud “I want to go to an island!” and boom it brought me there. I looked around and the island was bright, sparkled, very very nice place!. I walked around checking it out and spawned a hot girl, we met, kissed, and before we got to the main course (lol she as about to Suc.......), i woke up! I knew it too.

Bad ending or not, it was the only lucid dream that i would call "The best so far".
Because my other 4 lucid were mainly about me realizing i was in lucid state but woken up almost instantly after. The dream was "vivid", i spent few seconds looking at the leaves of the trees, it's detailed, amazing.
Happened at my "nap" time which i rarely do (i had an idea that it might be a good idea to try it during a nap).

Yea my question is...how do i successfully have a "sex dream".

I know excitement is the problem but i really did thought about it while i was lucid, i knew that i cant be hasty, and doing a sex dream would only kicked me out. I knew it but i did it, and at the end, i knew i was going to get kicked =/.
Only thing i forgot was the spinning or rubbing hands trick, would it help?
