A dream within a dream? Dream Totem? and the many levels deep...

Haha.. I hate all the inception references I keep seeing but they seem to have hundreds of views ha. So before you bash me for yet another inception thread, dont worry, its not lol.. its just an experience I am interested in getting people's take on

First of all, I want to apologize for the wall of text, grammar and/or the run on sentences.. I am writing this out directly from memory and typically dont bother with correct grammar or punctuation when doing this lol..
      ------
Last night I think I encountered my first version of the old hag possibly, although, i cannot remember entering SP..

I woke up several times with several alarms i had set to wake me up.. and one time I remember being randomly woken up, probably by one of the animals, (cats and dog), I was awake for a split second, im not even sure I had opened my eyes, but I decided to attempt to deild/wild from that point.. I lay perfectly still, and I dont remember sp hitting me that i can recall, but suddenly I had a great sense of evil presence.. and I wanted to run out of the room. I wanted to get away from that room as soon as possible.. the ceiling started falling on the other side of the room and then falling back into place as though gravity had reversed or time had reversed.. and it kept doing this.. there was a loud knocking sound somewhere in the room.. I tried to open get up but couldnt for some reason, i kept being pushed back down onto the bed, or I didnt have the strength to get out of the bed or something... The evil feeling was overwhelming.. and the fact that I couldnt seem to get up was making it worse and more terrifying.. I told myself that this was a common experience that many people experienced during attempts at LDing and to hang in there because it wasnt real... the feelings or the experience was not changing.. So I decided that being lucid I could change the experience to whatever I wanted. So I thought to myself that there would be a beautiful girl next to me in the bed and I closed my eyes and rolled over to the opposite side of the bed ignoring the sounds, and feelings, and with my eyes closed I leaned in to kiss someone who wasnt there.. I knew noone had been there but I expected someone to meet me at some point in this kiss.. and suddenly a soft gentle set of lips met mine.. I started making out with this person and opened my eyes to find a beautiful brunette.. as we were making out the eery feelings of evil began to fade and instead a feeling of desire took over.. after making out a bit she dropped down lower and went down on me.. the oral felt incredible and as I started getting close to finishing.. i woke up in real life.. disappointed obviously lol. This is the first time I have ever experienced the old hag or anything similar during induced LD, although it did bring back memories of many nights that I have had very vivid evil entity scenarios much much like this one without being in control in the others... I've occasionally had these evil entity dreams since I was young.. the last one i can recall having was about a year ago at this girls house. She had gotten up and gone to work and I was there sleeping alone and kept waking up.. when suddenly there was an evil presence in the room.. and it played out similiar except I did not understand what it was and did not change it.. eventually I always wake up relieved and unharmed lol... This most recent experience was the only one where i knew it was a dream and i was in control and this was due to my learning of lding. this could be why lding was so easy for me in the beginning because i have already hit a form of SP and the old hag many times in the pasts.. not to mention as a child I used to LD ALL THE TIME without knowing it... as a kid I entered scenarios and lived them out all the time, only to wake up exactly where i had started.. such as one time i was sitting on my big wheel on my porch when i had suddenly taken off down the road like it had a motor.. i drove it all over town, and then woke up sitting exactly where i had been on my porch.. even though it was very real when it was happening I attributed it to a kids imagination as i was always told when i told people about these stories lol... i knew these experiences at this time happened on a regular basis but had no clue what they were or that i needed to continue them into adulthood to keep the ability strong.. it eventually slipped away until the recent years when I accidently had an obe, then started researching and found dv.

One side note I just though of. I sleep with a fan every night because if i dont, the silence of not having the fan buzzing seems to always cause me to have evil bad dreams or evil awakening scenarios, in fact, the morning this happened at the girls house a year ago i had been forced to sleep without any external noises like a fan because she didnt have one.. and every night i stayed at her house i had these experiences.. until i realized I could turn on the vent thing in the bathroom that made a buzzing/fan noise and it stopped these experiences..

I am just now thinking that it may be possible that complete silence brings on a form of Lucidity for me and that I Have been using the fan to avoid it.. because I have always slept with a fan, and any time i didnt have that noise i seem to have these evil entity vivid awakening scenarios..

ANYONE else have these experiences when sleeping in complete silence?
Maybe its the ringing from silence in my sleep that brings this on? like if i sit in a completely silent room, i get ringing in my ears after a while, ive heard everyone does.. is it possible that this is happening during my sleep bringing on these evil experience awakenings?

and now that I know how to control it now.. do you think sleeping without a fan, or turning it off early in the morning would bring on LD or entity experiences that I can then turn into full LD?

Sorry for the wall of text but i am very interested in hearing everyone's input

Wow reminds me of a guide i saw.
They said once you're in SP and open you're eyes, you'll hallucinate, the next time you close them you'll be lucid.
Do you have to open your eyes though? =/ anyone know?
I still can't wrap m mind about the WILD method lol.
Glad you got out of it though.

My cousin had scary SP, for some reason he never said if he had any calm one where he was just simply paralyze.
It was all nightmare hallucination for him =x.
      What he seen.
      1. A big red head rushing toward him
      2. Kids jumping and playing on top of his chest/stomache
      3. Heard footsteps (no one was home)
      4. A guitar (guitar hero) coming to life being a monster

yeh i've had a few of these 'evil presence' experiences and they always manage to scare the crap out of me and cause me to be paranoid later on

the last one i had was when this pretty attractive lady's hands transformed into giant monster like claws and she went on to stab me in the back. I swear i felt her stab me as i jolted awake and a resonant, residual evil seemed to envelop me.

usually when something 'bad' is going on in my dream, i realise and kind of 'warp' myself to my waking body

anyway one question..what do you mean by 'old hag'?

When people have sleep paralysis, they feel a pressure on them, most of the time a old hag like a witch, or really anything.

Yea "old Hag" is a term referencing a common "evil presence" of any kind during Sleep Paralysis. Many people experience and old woman sitting on their chest choking them, or other strange occurrences and the whole thing has been grouped into the term old hag lol...

I have had at least 100 induced lds to my experience so far, but have never experienced the old hag scenario until this time around. All the other times I was unaware and thought they were vivid nightmares of some sort but now think they must have been related..

Now I wonder if I can intentionally induce the old hag scenarios in order to convert them to more lucid dreams. Personally I prefer the wild method because the experiences seem to be much more realistic and memorable.
