Thread: So what is this anyway??

This site is about lucid dreaming. Everything related to lucid dreams can go here and on other threads, more stuff about dreams. It's as simple as that.

Also, you can write a dream journal here. It's mainly a forum.
Members post their methods on lucid dreaming, ways to improve lucid dreaming, and other things. They also talk about fitness and sleep health. There is a section called Beyond Dreaming where they talk about OBE's, shared dreaming, etc. That's all I have to add.

Anyway lucidpersian, I wouldn't look into that site too much, any site that has to advertise it's product that much and in such a manner is probably not super reputable. Anybody tried it? Looks to me like they're playing on people's vulnerabilities with statements like "Have more friends, maintain healthier relationships, and feel a great deal more satisfied and content with your life" and claims of attaining similar mindsets to that of "history's greatest philosophers, inventors, and scientists." I'm sure you could find plenty of meditation aides or binaural beats similar to this "equisync" on the web for free. Nobody can gain the benefits of meditation simply from "the push of a button" like they claim, meditation is a deeply personal process that takes years of perseverance to perfect.

LMAO.. I just saw that as well (the first time) lol... He was referring to the site about binaural beats, not dreamviews... that was actually a pretty funny thing.. made my night haha

Personally Ive never had any luck with binaural beats for LD'ing because the sound tends to keep me awake. I am interested to hear more about it though, especially from those that can sleep through it.

Sounds help me go to sleep, because I don't like silence, though I never tried binaural beats.
