Question Can researching something let you recreate it more accuratley in a dream?

Say you wanted to go somewhere on earth, but you have never been there. I would assume it wouldnt look like the real thing?

So say you looked it up, found what it looks like etc, when you went there in a dream would it be more realistic?

      Thanks

It would be more realistic, yes, but still not like the real thing.

Your mind can be pretty amazing when it comes to interpreting things. I remember in one of my dreams I stabbed someone, and I could feel the knife going through muscle and bone etc. it was just horrible, and has certainly put me off stabbing anyone

Yeah, it was definitely a weird week. Stabbed about 5 people. Not sure why. But trust me, it's not a nice experience

What you are suggesting is precognitive dreaming. I've had a few before about places I never been before but looks exactly the same in real life when I stumble onto it by accident. It is EXACTLY the same down to the blue tiling on the wall...I was appalled but the dreams there was no lucidity. I haven't tried places with lucid dreaming on purpose so I don't know if lucidity would interfere with the accuracy but I think it would because I tried to retrieve future information both lucid and non-lucid. The non-lucid dreams were accurate but not the lucid dreams but then again there was insufficient testing to really conclude anything concrete.
