      Sleep Paralysis & Lucid Dreams

      OK so two questions

      1) Is it normal that I can control my sleep paralysis? Meaning I can be laying in bed starting to fall asleep then shortly after instantly put myself into the sleep paralysis state at will. My body will instantly paralyze and begin to hallucinate scary things. I have full control over it I can choose to activate or hold back. Is that normal?

      2) Ive herd that people who have sleep paralysis can use that to there advantage when lucid dreaming. How is that? Ive only had 2 lucid dreams ever and want more of them!

I've actually managed to do that a few times. I don't know how many others can though.

Well the WILD technnique needs you to enter SP, but you have to do it at will at the right time. I've had random SP's before but they never helped me become lucid, only the ones I did by myself for WILDing do.
