      Is a Lucid Dream in First or Third person view?

      When you have a lucid dream, do you have a first person or third person view?
      When your in it, do you have complete, 100% control of your body movements?

      It can be either, but usually they're in first-person.You also have near-perfect control of your body movements if the dream is vivid enough and you have good control.

      Normally in a lucid dream I'm in 1st person, but I did have a dream where I was looking at myself in third person once. And yes I usually have complete control of my body.

      Same here. normal 1st person but for some reason when I drive its usually 3ed person. May have to do with video games I play.
