      Nope. The only sleep paralysis episodes I've experienced, while involved in lucid dreaming, are the ones I've purposefully induced.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      No, I hardly get much for SP symptoms at all. And especially not upon waking. Just the occasional mild floating, spinning, or expanding sensations as I fall asleep.
