Alright, well I am curious to figure out whether this is normal or not before having an LD. My whole life, at least as long as I can remember, I have had this experience at least once per week. After falling asleep, I would feel a weird sensation in my head. It would feel kind of like your foot falling asleep. When I was young, it used to scare me so I would automatically wake myself up. It was only recently I decided to let the feeling take its course. This is when I experienced my first LD. I am just wondering if this feeling is normal for most people. I do appologize if it is a stupid question. |

Yeah. It's called sleep paralysis. It is a major part of the WILD experience (not a pun). It's harmless and completely natural. Check out our WILD Tutorial for more info. |

Alright, thank you. I realize now it is harmless, just when I was a child I didnt now what it was. I have read about sleep paralysis, I just didnt read anything about the feeling. Thank you guys for clearing that up. |
