Lucid dreaming is a task that proves very difficult to me, and once I succeed I want to do something that will greatly assist me in this area. My plan is, once I enter my next lucid dream, I will say something like "Sub-conscious of mine, please spawn yourself in my dream, I wish to talk about something". Once my SC (or as I like to call it, SeeC (sounds like 'Seek")) appears, I will give him/her a list of tasks to do every time I enter a dream. This list will include:

1. Make me aware that I am dreaming.
2. Stabilize the dream, and keep it stabilized.
3. Stretch my perception so I get the most dream time as possible in one nights sleep.
4. Constantly prevent me from losing lucidity.

How well would this work? This would be a direct way to train your brain to do whatever you want, and would basically work in such a way like an extreme MILD, but for every night without putting much effort or thought to it. What do you guys think?
