      Exploring the world of lucid dreaming.

      I just ordered ' Exploring the world of lucid dreaming , by Stephen La Berge ' off amazon and i am just curious whether other people have found the book interesting and informitave?
      Current task : Have one lucid dream within next 3 weeks.

      That is a great book. It is the foundation for most of what we teach here at DV. You will likely find many of the concepts familiar. If you have any questions about the book, post them and I'm sure they will be answered.

      Yes. Excellent Book. LaBerge is the MVP of lucid dreaming in my opinion. I recently re-read "Lucid Dreaming" and "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by LaBerge. Any serious LD enthusiast will do themselves a favor by reading one or both of the books.
