Question Tips for dream recall please!

During the school holidays I could remember a dream almost every night, but now that I'm back at school Im lucky if I remember 2 dreams a week! Any tips for increasing my dream recall?

Dream Journal. the best way to recall. In one week you will remember at least 2 dreams per night.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

Try to get enough sleep. If you wake up early, get into the habbit of sleeping early. Wake up early enough so that you have some time in the morning before leaving for school to think about your dreams and write them down. Even if you would have remembered many dreams, you'll forget them if you start getting ready for school right away.

I already keep a dream journal and it is very helpful!

Yea I think that is my problem! I guess that makes scence: if I give myself more time to try and remeber my dreams and write them down in the mornings, I could write them in more detail (I heard that lots of detail is helpful for increasing dream recall)

I have found that a WBTB increases recall for me, I record dreams the first half of the night, and sleep then in the morning record dreams for the second half

Yeah. That works realy good. You gad at least 2 dreams to your journal per night.

Ok I'll try doing a WBTB for a few nights and see if it works for me. Whats a good way of waking myself up during the night, because if I use an alarm I think it will wake the rest of my family as well?

I personally use a watch alarm. Surprisingly I heard it in the middle of a dream and woke up

Yut yeah, that's usually the quietest thing. Maybe if you have an iPod Touch you can set a quiet alarm on there.

Ok well I think that WBTB is working best for me! For the last 3 Nights I have been doing it and I recalled 2 dreams each night. Im not sure if this has anything to do with it but I have been using auto suggestion to wake myself up. It works really well cuz I seem to be waking up after the dream closest to that time i want to be awake by, if u get what I mean. Hopefully this wasn't just a lucky streak!!

no, I don't think its lucky.

I have been missing out on sleep due to assignments, so make sure if you want to recall your dreams that you get plenty of sleep

sleep, I think i'll have some now

I set an alarm on my phone and keep it on my pocket on silent. The vibration when it goes off is enough to wake u up.
Current task : Have one lucid dream within next 3 weeks.
