      Lightbulb Tips on dream recall

Ok so I was reading about lucid dreams earlier today... I am trying to have one. It says to start with dream recall... I already have a dream joural and i would say if i were to average how may dreams I remember per night it would probaly work out to be about 3/4's of a dream per night I would say there is only about 1 or 2 nights in a week where I don't rememer at least one dream... unless i'm not trying to remember my dreams that week.
to remember my dreams, other then my dream journal, I like to think about dreams alot durring the day to keep it on my mind I tell my self that I am going to remember my dreams... I take a multivitamin that contains b6... tho i'm not taking that for dream recall but I am sure it is helping... what are somemore things that I can do in order to improve my dream recall?

      Thanks!

Dream Journaling is easily the best, but to assist with that and thus recall, you might want to try to WBTB if you have the time for it. What WBTB involves is waking up around one of your later REM periods, doing something that involves motor skills (walking, reading, eating, shower etc.) for 5-15 minutes, and going back to sleep.

This will crunch your later REM periods together and make them more intense and they'll start immediately as you fall asleep. When you wake up not too much later, you'll hopefully have remembered some dreams in extremely vivid detail.

Keep in mind the method listed is the "original WBTB." There are many other variants that others, both our members and otherwise, have come up with that many people find more effective. Hopefully some of them comment here

Wow! I never knew WBTB's crunched your REM's together! Now I REALLY have to try that method more often!
