Hi. I have been reading this forum and found it very interesting and could identify with many of the experiences shared. For me, if I have slept earlier in the day, I will lucid dream when it comes to sleeping again at night. While I generally enjoy LDs, I always hate the starting part because ghostly spirits are always encountered (it is like as if I intruded/entered their sphere/dimension) and I have to ignore them for a while before they go away. I will then continue in my LD. At the point of entering LDs, I would also very often encounter an uncomfortable white glaring light and deafening loud sounds (as if my senses, especially that of hearing, are suddenly over-amplified). Anyone has similar experiences like this? I hope to be able to cut off the uncomfortable entry experiences and go straight into total control mode while in my LDs. I will be grateful for any advice.
