      Unpleasant sensations

      This actually wasn't a lucid (it's been a long time since I've done any lucid stuff actually), but a few weeks ago I had a dream where before waking myself up I had the sensation of continuous vomiting for about 20 seconds or so. Has anyone had a similar experience?

      One of my adoptees wrote up a dream about vomiting.

      I once had a dream that I was standing in the bathroom of my childhood house puking my brains out. Felt nauseous and shitty, fine when I woke up. The dream itself inspired me.

      In my DJ I also have "Making snowcones, it didn’t work, not enough ice and it was all warm. Seeing limes and pumpkins. Carving old pumpkins while mom sat nearby and getting nauseous, trying to throw up."

      I've had dreams where I've thrown up. (Quite a few of them, actually.) I've also felt a similar feeling when trying to WILD on occasion, though it was more like gagging. They're just hallucinations though, it's best to ignore it.
