      Question DEILDing while studying

      Just wondering.
      Will DEILD'ing affect ones ability to remember things. I've got exams soon, and I'm just wondering if waking up frequently would disrupt with your brains ability to process information and whatnot.

      You wake up after dreams anyway , Dield'ing is just catching the moment.
      Current task : Have one lucid dream within next 3 weeks.
