I honestly tried to read your post but your avatar is so trippy that I ended up spending five minutes staring at it and I don't really know much about what you said besides the title. |

Alright dreamviews.. I am back for a third time. This time I am determined to have a lucid dream. First time I was here I majorly lacked the commitment to actually keep up with dream journals and whatnot. But I still made an effort for probably 4 months. Second time, I got a bit more into it, still didn't have one after a month or two. |

Goals:
1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!
Awesome avatar, it reminds me of Toad from that book series Frog and Toad--ANYWAYS it's cool you're giving LDing another chance, good luck! |

First, to help you achieve lucidity try different methods. Make sure you read up as much as you can before you try a new method for the best possible results. |
|
Lucid Goals
Short term
convince a dc they're in a dream, get high, go swimming
Long Term
have a deild, continue a relationship, stop time
I'm big on thinking its about attitude and what you think you can accomplish. That's what has always helped me. At the same time, I wouldn't be disappointed if it didn't work out. If it happens, it happens, if it doesn't there are plenty of other times I'm going to try! Of course, I would suggest trying different techniques to see if you can get better results. |

I am very familiar with a lot of the methods, but I really think I won't be able to have a lucid dream through the techniques where you have to concentrate or sit still for long periods of time. I have a huge lack of focus and ability to keep my mind on a subject. And because of that I never have been able to have the skills to benefit from meditating very much. I will try to have fun with it, I love looking back at my dreams. I have the strangest dreams that make me laugh more than anything else. I just never remember them!!! |
|
My first suggestion would be to make sure you are eating well or take a daily mutli-vitamin. I've also found B-complex and lecithin supplements effect my dreams positively, possibly due to choline. My dream recall has always been good, but if I take the vitamins I can recall more of each dream, making them feel longer. Maybe they'd help you, plus it's good for your cholesterol! |
|
As the pattern gets more intricate and subtle,
being swept along is no longer enough.
Well what do you know.. I see a bottle of vitamin B complex on my shelf in my room haha. I was taking it a few months back on and off. I will start again. Right now! |
|
I had my first lucid after watching this video. You could give it a try |
|
Behind those eyes
The vivid scene ,A lucid dream within
Questioned secrets are revealed
And everytime
You can't deny
The lines that trace your skin
Wounds that never heal
where'd you got that fancy avatar of yours? |
|
I have in fact noticed a correlation in time asleep and recall. It's possible tho that it may just be the longer you are asleep the more sleep cycles you go through offering more chances to dream, thus more chances to remember a dream. |

I can remember eveything..just the matter of fact whether i purposely recall it the 1st thing I regained conscious(woke up). |
