      Lucid or False Awakening?

So I am wondering if this was Lucid or a false awakening? Here is the story basically I woke up and I layed still, I was on my side I then had the "wave" come over me and next thing I knew I heard a really LOUD noise, it was like a train going by like a swooosh (silence) then repeating in that pattern. I opened my eyes, it was a light out, it wasn't dark at all, I seen my covers that were slightly over my eye, I think it was blurry, I couldn't remember, next thing I knew I closed them, I was a little scared, and I remember kind of smiling with excitement, then it faded away, and the heavy weight lifted from me, it didn't feel as if I was paralyzed, maybe I just didn't realize it?

Sounds like the symptoms of SP. Loud noises, heavy weight are key signs of sleep paraylisis.
      Lucid dream goals:
      1. Get into SP /Check
      2. have a long LD
      3: Fly
4: Have some epic battles with my childhood heroes and villians (DBZ)

Well it doesn't seem like you were ever aware of being in the dream, so you weren't lucid. And you woke up at one point, then opened your eyes again after the woosh, so I'd say the first part was a false awakening. Like Tripoli said, you were probably going into sleep paralysis.

No I had a dream before this where I realized I was in a dream, after that I randomly touched thing as I walked out, I noticed I was in the dream because I did a reality check, I walked out and then jumped up and imagined flying, it worked! I then woke up, then I layed still, for a while then this incident happened

yes, that is one of the ways you can enter SP. You can enter before the dream or after. SP happens every time we go to sleep, you just happened to wake up from your lucid dream and jump right into it, usually it is gone before we awaken, in your case it wasn't.
