      Vitamin B-6 Induces Vivid Dreams

I've been taking Vitamin B-6 lately and it has given me much more vivid (not lucid but almost) dreams... Has anyone ever been through this before? Is there any other food or herbs you can take that can aid you to giving you a push towards attaining lucid dreams?

You are new around here, so it's not surprising that you aren't aware of this section.

Yes, Vitamin B-6 has given me and others many vivid dreams. For me, the dreams are vivid, but not always pleasant. Just a warning.

I have heard of people having lucid dreams after taking vitamin b-6.

For induction of lucid dreams, I have found that the recipe that works best for me (so far) is 800mg valerian root extract + 0.25mg melatonin. For vivid dreams, vitamin b-6 or valerian alone works well for me. For logical, long, interesting and enjoyable dreams I use 500mg ginkgo biloba, followed by a brief period of strenuous excercise just before bed.

For LDs, I use galantamine+choline (galantamind) tablets (8mg+200mg respectively) with vitamin B complex two days in a row, then using calea caps, and 5htp 3 days in a row. I automatically wake up now after either 4.5 or 6 hours after the deep sleep and take the supplements. I LD about 2 times min a week or more if I'm lucky. Others have had a lot of success with melatonin, ginko biloba, mugwort, and all kinds of wonderful things in the supplements section.

I note that some people can also LD effectively despite taking weed or alcohol or similar. Personally I have found that things that suppress REM sleep completely prevent me from LD, although if you search for "REM rebound", this can work really really well.

p.s. I'm not a qualified professional, and I dont encourage anyone to take any kind of substances.
