      Am I doing anything wrong?

Alright, so I want to know if I am doing something wrong when it comes to lucid dreaming.

      I goto bed around 11PM

I put on the "Subliminal Lucid 3.0" found in the audio aid repository on loop all night with a headset (Not earbuds)

      Goto sleep.

Wake up, jump out of bed, record dream in journal 10 minutes later. I only do reality checks when I wake up.

ALSO: My dreams aren't vivid. I won't take any drugs or herbs. Also, I never have ANY control over ANY of my dreams.

You generally lucidity and control arenlinked but you should start doing reality checks throughout the day, other than that everything sounds fine.

P.s. I have most of my lucids after 8hrs+ of sleep

I would also perform RCs all through the day. You mention that you have no control over your dreams - do they all have a common theme, location, person involved, etc? If so, whenever you're at that location or with that person in reality, perform even more RCs! Also I find that the longer you sleep before waking up for the first time, the more likely you are to have vivid and or lucid dreams after falling back to sleep again!

Alright. I wanna do a wild but heres the thing. My family runs with anxiety, so I am more likely to have panic attacks. I had a panic attack from watching a horror movie because I saw the guys guts, it felt like i witnessed a murder, so I am REALLY afraid of how my hallucinations while in SP would turn out. I REALLY need to know if they are scary.

Well if you worry about them being scary they probably will be.

I've heard preeeety horrifying things, but I've also heard that you won't see them if you don't open your eyes... Which makes sense lol.

Personally I really enjoy the heavy calm feeling and have never seen anything since my eyes are always closed

All you can do is convince yourself to relax or "get over it." I've had panic attacks (induced by fear of having panic attacks) so I know how you feel. Eventually I got so tired of feeling that way, exhausted my mind. So I got over it, it was a waste of time and thinking. Stop thinking about the bad things that might happen. You're not going to be injured or anything. Some people actually like the sensations. I certainly like the visual effects. Try repeating some affirmations during a deeply relaxed state to help rid your fear, it helped me. No matter what you'll be fine, just loosen up. Focus on your goal: lucid dreaming! How awesome is that?!
