I don't think so LonelyTurtle. Your mind can't just Psychically read someone's different opinion while sleeping. So I don't think you can ask someone(say the hottest girl you know), am I hot? Because I believe your mind will take over and she'll say what you want to say(if your lucid dreaming) or what your self conscious says.
