Hey, I read up on the ADA technique earlier. Not too sure how to maintain a state of constant awareness, or the exact definition to it, however.
In any case, I want to begin this as soon as possible as this seems very essential for any kind of lucid dreaming.
Currently, I just try to note everything around me (look at shadows, note where sensations are coming from, my breathing, sounds, little details such as marks in the walls, and generally attempt to sense what is around me) it's really hard to maintain though.
Am I doing this right already, or...?
