I found this pretty interesting:
Focus on a point on or in your body or on the whole body. Then focus on a point outside of your body (in your immediate surroundings or far away). Move back and forth between body and elsewhere (car, tree, piece of furniture, foreign country, other planet...whatever you want) while you fall asleep. Not only will this help you to keep awareness, it will also loosen your identification with the physical body. Too strong of an identification with the physical self is actually a block to experiencing your dream-self. People who think they ARE the body will rarely succeed at lucid dreaming.*
Although isn't "hyper lucid dreaming" just a really vivid lucid. There's a lot of information here on DV, so the product probably isn't even worth buying. Nonetheless, some of that information did make a lot of sense.
