Computer/Game reality check?

Hi I'm Reclypso and this is my first post on Dreamview nice to meet you all. I've been reading about lucid dreams for about 2 days now and have no prior knowledge of them (I didn't know they existed until about a week ago) One of the most effective ways to lucid dream in my opinion is the reality check. I was watching a video about WILD's in the Dream tube section and the guy in it said that computer LD's and gaming LD's were very common. Anyway while i was registering for this forum just a minute ago I think I had a great idea on a reality check for gamers and computer LDers. All you have to do is set your passwords in your online games/computer startup password to reality check. First that gives you many chances in the day to do a reality check increasing your awareness (Since a lot of people spend 4+ hours on the comp), and secondly while in a dream about gaming or computers you may end up typing in your password to get into a game, and when you realize its reality check you are most likely going to perform one like you always do in real life. Anyway that's it I typed too much, sorry if this was posted somewhere else and good luck with your lucid dreams. And obviously don't set your passwords to reality check and then tell a bunch of people about it at least add numbers or something.

That's actually a great idea! I'm gonna change my password to "Reality Check" Now ed: but yeh I won't tell you what I'm changing the password for hehe

I've been doing this on some of my games and forums and stuff and I get like 30 more reality checks a day, my goal is to be aware that the reality check is coming before I even begin to type it in and hopefully will create a lot more awareness when around a computer in general (Along with in my dreams I want to associate a computer with a reality check).
