How do I over come fears in lucid dreams?

Last night i wasted another potential fun lucid dream. It started with me wilding. The WILD worked and I felt myself just shift into another point of conciosnes but I was in the dream version of my room where almost all of my WILDs take me. The thing is is that I was scared to look around and get out from under my covers. I was scared of seeing something scarry. So then I tried to teleport and the effort woke me up. So how do i over come the fear of seeing something horrible?

Wow. I've never heard that people would be scared when they are INSIDE Lucid Dream. For example, a lot of people are scared of SP, and all the emotions you felt before becoming Lucid, don't transfer into your dream with you. If you were exhausted, in a dream you wouldn't feel that. If you are able to feel fear, I guess your LDs are very high level.

And for the solution I would reccomend being strong and brave. Tell yourself that next time you won't be scared.

      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

Meditation and emotional processing of fear while awake or lucid in a dream may help. For me the trick is not to deny the fear or try to push it away, but to feel okay with it being there and take action regardless.

You have to convince yourself there is nothing that can hurt you. I was really scared of ghosts when I was a kid, but nothing ever happened and eventually I lost my fear. Just keep on practicing and know you#re the one in control.
