Are lucid dreams as difficult to recall as normal dreams, in so far as that you are very likely to forget them unless you write them down quickly? |

Dunno, I find it far easier to recall the lucid dreams, since by the momment you get them you more probably have some experience and since your concious of it being a dream, makes it easier... well for me <.< |
The excitement makes them much more difficult for me to forget them when I wake right up from a lucid, but if I lose lucidity and continue a normal dream and then wake up, I have a LOT of trouble recalling the lucid dream. So I guess for me, it just depends on when during the dreaming I wake up. |
I always have good recall on lucid dreams, given that you're more conscious during a lucid, it makes sense to me. |
What I usually do is remember certain points in the events of my lucid dreams and then remember them after I wake up and try to connect them together. The experience is hard to explain for me. I am conscious of each of the events as they happen but after waking up you remember them as if it was a dream. |

So far I have had a pretty easy time recalling my LDs. It just seems like there are fewer missing pieces in the story... I can usually remember the LD all at once, but the regular dream I have to pick a point that I remember best and try to backtrack from there then think what happened after that. |
