Join Date 04-26-2011 Current Date 05-19-2011 I finally had my first lucid dream! After being away from the forums for two weeks, it finally just happened after I got up and went to the bathroom this morning. I went back into my room turned my heater off closed my window and just went to sleep, of course whenever I wake up like that I always think about having a lucid, attempting a DEILD, or other methods depending on the situation. Anyway, I felt SP hit me and it's nothing like people say It's a very calming feeling like you are just completely relaxed and on a cloud. If you've ever done mushrooms or salvia, SP is nothing compared to the effects of those, but I could see how you could freak out if you opened your eyes too early and saw a bunch of stuff. My eyes kept coming open and seeing images of different places, I saw lots of oranges and blue colors. There were no shapes, no weird sounds, I just suddenly opened my eyes all the way in the dream. And there I was having a lucid, I did a quick nose pinch to make sure, it was the greatest feeling ever the best breathe of air I've ever had I rubbed my hands together to gather some clarity a few times, and I also used a lot of dream spins. Nothing major happened in this dream but I feel it was a good start to lucid dreaming, I did dream spinning, RC's, hand rubbing, summoning, and attempted flying but didn't quite get it, I also teleported. If you wanna leave me any tips leave them on this, and thanks to everyone who posts on this forum and provides information it all helps.
