TV show based around lucid dreaming?

Is there a TV show that is even slightly based around lucid dreams? Here's the thing... Almost every night I go to sleep with my TV on, it helps me sleep (without it I am laying there for hours before being able to sleep, with it I can sleep within minutes). I was thinking, maybe there is a show that regularly has reminders or such about dreams, so that when I am sleeping my mind can pick up on it.

      Anything?

If there is I have never heard of it. and I doubt it. We barely have a movie on lucid dreaming.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

Hey, my cousin is this EXACT same way.. I USE to be like that, but now I NEED a fan in order to sleep.. Anyways, back to point... My cousin could NOT sleep without the TV on. So when he got into Lucid Dreaming and all this fun stuff; what he does now, is turns the TV on and goes to sleep, but he has the TV shut off via a timer after 4hrs. When he wakes up do to no noise [which is use to], he makes sure to remain perfectly still, then he performs a WILD...

So he uses this to his advantage, using it as a Reversed Alarm clock, if you will...

.... Just something to think about.

Okay, well my TV is set to turn off after 4 hours of idle. But when it turns off I don't wake up. Maybe I could just get an auto-off alarm on my iPhone and do the same thing.
