      Hypnagogic state and Lucid Dreaming (?)

      Hi. So I have some questions about the hypnagogic state.
      First of all, what is the hypnagogic state?
      Can it help with lucid dreaming?
      How do you get into the hypnagogic state so that it can help with lucid dreaming?
      I found out what it basically is but how do you use it???
      Just wondering. Thanks
