      wake me up?

i'd like to know if anyone has every been woke into lucid dreaming, by ANOTHER lucid dreamer?

I've found myself trying many different techniques since i've found this site. Yet every time i dream, I either don't recall it once I wake up, or i fail to realize that i was in a dream. Which seems so obvious once I wake up. Though recently my dream recall has gone off the charts (I quit smoking weed).

So what I have noticed is thru out the day I do a RC when I think my name is being called.

If anyone has had success with waking up another dreamer into lucidity, and are willing to help me, it is much appreciated.

(I took a break from the site and came back to see that there aren't any dream guides which is what i'm asking for i guess.)

There are a bunch of dream guides here actually....user: erible is one of them I believe. Look at anyone with the green user names, they should be dream guides and they should be able to help you out. Don't stop trying.

so do you mean like, a lucid dreamer entering your dream and making you lucid?
like a shared dream type of thing?

Dream sharing is still very experimental and not all that common, if you'd like a bunch of us are trying to meet at the top of the Empire State Building tonight to see if we can share a dream.

I know that it is but i've read plenty of journals and heard of other experiences where it was done on a constant basis purposefully.

The problem is that I can't get conscious in my dream to get to the empire state building. I'd need to be woken up first.

Is that the only way you can become lucid? I've recently picked up a reality check that seems to work well for me.

Like hprib said, its very experimental, and if someone did enter your dream, it would be extremely hard to remember. Even if you were lucid in the first place

I've tried almost every night for 9-10 months with only 2 lucid dreams. That happened only because i just realized that it wasn't real.

This is my last hope before I give up.

At the very least this is one way I haven't tried before. For all we know this can be what works for me every time. Or atleast just to jump start my lucid dreaming. Until I find my real dream guide. Imagination is what fuels dreams to some extent right?

Well my imagination is my strong point.

      Imagination can fuel it.
Don't give up, just KNOW you will have a lucid dream, don't doubt yourself

Well realizing you are dreaming without using any sort of technique is actually a sign of great potential. I wouldn't give up because you can find some one to enter your dreams. Try some of the quick techniques, nose-plug, hand rubbing, and so forth. Just keep at it and the LD's will come.

Well is anyone at least willing to try and wake me up? What kind of info would you need from me? How would you find me?

And I am a firm believer in mind over matter. But it's hard to keep trying when the only 2 LD's I had were flukes. Not to mention that you say it shows potential but if I had potential wouldn't I be Ld'ing like after the first week of trying and not the first year. lol.

As crazy as this sounds. I'm sure I'm kick ass in my dreams, the ones I can't remember. Like there's differen't versions of me in the dream world, and the one I need to be is locked in a tomb somewhere deep in a pyramid. And once I break him out I'll be able to LD easily.

I just need to be woken up so that I can complete the mission of finding that version of me.

My imagination plays out like books or stories, and i'm confident i'm not crazy. But thru out random times of the day sometimes I can hear my name being called. Weather people are around or I'm in the house by myself when I hear them, I perform a RC. This has started to happen with in the past 2-3 weeks and I feel strongly that someone calling my name in the dream world would wake me up.

Well some of us are meeting in NY tonight in a dream to try and share a dream, if you find a way there you are more than welcome to come. Other then that I mean I could lend myself to try and enter a dream but having never met you before or not knowing where you live it would be extremely difficult to find you even if I were someone with such control as a dream guide here. That's why we picked more of a famous location rather than one particular house or person.....easier to visualize it yourself. So yes? I mean I'm willing to work with you and try but I'm not promising anything. Feel free to message me if you wish, otherwise if you want to do this with a dream guide you may have better chances.

Well me personally, I'm going to start trying to use the moon as my starting point. though if I wake tonight I will go to the ESB. If I don't make it I'd like to know how it went.
So maybe after your success in new york you can try and meet me at the moon? I think it is possible for me to have a dream there and not be aware of it. Meaning that I may very well be in a bed on the moon, lol. Well, that's what I'm planning on anyways.
If it helps I live in chicago.
As for this topic, If I can keep it open I'm just going to use this to post the techs I've used and there results I guess.

Still looking for what works for me.

The moon it is, I'll see if I can get there tonight or sometime in the next couple of days. As far as progress on our NY adventure....multiple people have successfully made it to NY and the ESB, and I have conjured a beacon of light, which we are all trying to do, so that we can draw attention to anyone who would be near and is trying to cross over to another's dream. So far we haven't made contact with one another in the dream world but I think we've made great progress in the fact that most of us made the target location within one night of trying. I'll keep you posted and I will also shoot for the moon.

Btw what's your name? You may be hyper sensitive to people who call your name because you seem to hear it throughout your dreams and reality...I'll try calling out to you if/when I get to the moon.

Scratch that, the moon may be a little hard. I think the serous tower might be easier XD. I think I shouldn't leave chicago.

And Charles, or Jin. I go by both.
