      Question Voice recorded dream journal

      Is that alright?

      I keep my iphone next to me when I sleep. Will opening up the voice recorder app and recording verbally what happened in the dream when I wake up have the same effect as writing them down?

      Yes, it's even better than writing them down since you don't have to move much while doing it. But people in your house is going to be pissed.

      i recorded mine at night then write them down later
