Are you aware, right now, of how your leg muscles feel against the seat you're on? How about your clothing on those legs? What about the texture of the surface your hands or on? Your feet? Did you notice your lungs fill with air while you're breathing? That's just touch. |

So would it be better to focus on 1 or 2 and then as I get better work on all 5 at once. |

Well, the acronym stands for all day awareness but for starting out, try to take around 5-10 minutes every hour to really soak up everything that's going on. Though, a veteran would probably know a better way to start doing ADA. I've only been registered for about 3 weeks. |

You should definitely focus on all 5 senses, preferably all at once. ADA means doing this all the time, as often as you can, which can definitely take some time to get used to. Start in small increments, whenever you remember, and work your way up. Write reminders on sticky notes and paste them all over the house if you have to. |

some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
