Semi-Lucid

Hello, I have a few questions on how to keep my lucidity, even if it's a little.

I manage to do a RC in my dream last night and became semi lucid.(I was in my bedroom) I was exicited that I ran down the stairs, looked at my front door. Pressed my head againts it and the door got fuzzy and dissapered. I manage(first attempt) to walk through objects.

I ran out to the streets. And a DC came up to me and started talking to me and then I lost lucidity. I mean. I lost it FAST. And then the dream faded.

Any idea how I can keep my lucidity? Avoid dcs? Or etc?

Remind yourself over and over that you're dreaming. Do stabilization techniques such as spin around or activate any many senses as you can. It's not the DC that's making you lose lucidity.

Ok, So do a RC. Spin around and I should be able to keep my lucidity? Oh and I see your a brony. :p

Take it slow, stabilize every now and then and stay aware!

I've heard some people shout things to remind lucid. My favorite one was a guy who said it like Goku from DBZ and said, "Lucidity times 1,000". Hearing yourself in the dream will help you remain stabalized because it's making your aware of your dream hears / hearing. It's mostly important just to remember you're dreaming at all times.

I just had a Semi Lucid dream again, This is the first time I had a semi lucid dream 2 days in a row!

This time I tryed to fly. I started running down the street and tried to like fly up. Didn't work. Then I started trying to imagine having giant wings, and Then I started feeling like the motion of wings on my back. It felt awesome. I didn't get to fly high or that long. Cause my alarm went off

But the problem is!!!

I looked at my hands and rubbed them but the quaility of the dream didn't get any better, it was still quite blurry. :\
