Thread: Can you use LD's to motivate yourself? Change your habits and program subconscious?

Simple question.

Can you use LD's to talk to yourself in a dream (by creating a dream character which represents you subconscious)

I need to change my habits, im lazy, my diet is awful, and i need to lose weight.

can I use LD's to program myself to "enjoy going to the gym and eating healthy food"

is it possible? kinda like inception style, but instead of planting the idea, i want to simply motivate myself and will it carry over to waking life?

I don't know about changing yourself but you can definitely talk to yourself in a dream. I think I read that the best thing to is go to a mirror and have a second you step out.
