My cycles are around 95-100 minutes each. Atleast that's what I've managed to figure out. When REM starts depends on how long you've slept before. |

All i can say is that when i go to sleep i can wake up anytime from 1 hour after sleeping and get that SP "swooshing" sound and go from there to a lucid..i know lots of people say you have to sleep for 4 or 6 hours then wake up but for me it's anytime which is good, and once it starts i can go through the whole night either doing lucids or just going through the strange SP stuff so for me there isn't a time or nothing it just happens anytime |

4) Board the Titanic ((changed with thanks to Caretaker))
REM period is usually different for everyone. You just have to find out when yours is. |
